What is SuperTrace?
SuperTrace is an Eligible Rollover Fund (ERF).
An ERF is a super fund that looks after ‘lost’ or unclaimed super benefits transferred by other superannuation funds.
The main purpose of SuperTrace is to reunite members with their superannuation.
Who are we?
From the day we started back in July 1994 we established
ourselves as one of the first ERF services in Australia. Today
it’s still our core business and now we’re one of the most experienced ERFs in
the market.
Over the years we’ve made great strides in continually improving our product. A product, we’re pleased to say, that has been recognised by independent bodies such as The Heron Partnership and SuperRatings.
We couldn’t have achieved the great success we’ve had
without the backing of our exceptional customer service and administration
team. They are at the forefront of everything
we do.
