A few facts and figures

  • SuperTrace has been providing Eligible Rollover Fund (ERF) services since July 1994. During this time we’ve dealt with over 1,400 different superannuation funds, from stand alone corporate superannuation plans to mastertrusts and industry funds.
  • Over the years we’ve reunited over 318,462 members with over $812 million in superannuation benefits.
  • As part of the Commonwealth Bank Group of companies, we’re in a unique position to access one of the biggest customer databases in Australian financial services. This alone has allowed us to contact over 25,000 customers which has resulted in us reuniting members with $9.6 million in lost super. One of our (very) happy members was reunited with $140,000 in lost super!

It’s all about customer service

Delivering exceptional customer service is at the forefront of what we do. To ensure we provide the best possible service to trustees and members:

  • We have a large talented team with over 100 years of combined experience and formal superannuation qualifications.
  • Our team members actively participate in industry working groups, committees and bodies such as The Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia Limited, Investment and Financial Services Association and the Australian Taxation Office.
  • Our Fund Administration team is on hand to assist administrators, project managers and product managers transition members smoothly into SuperTrace. Due to our size, during peak periods we can draw on the skills of additional cross-trained staff.
  • Our Customer Service Representatives have many years of experience in the superannuation industry. They have a good understanding of both member and trustees’ needs. If they can’t answer your questions they’ll put you in contact with someone who can.

We’re not the only ones who think we’re pretty good.

At SuperTrace we take a leadership position in the industry to facilitate discussion on industry topics. In particular we aim to promote the identification and relocation of members with their super in the hope that more ERFs will actively work to reunite members with their lost super.
