- SuperTrace has been providing Eligible Rollover Fund (ERF) services since July 1994. During this time we've dealt with a vast number different superannuation funds, from stand alone corporate superannuation plans to mastertrusts and industry funds.
- For 12 consecutive years, Heron Partnerships has awarded SuperTrace a 5 Quality Star Rating. This is the highest rating an ERF can receive from this research house.
- Over the years we've reunited over 916,000 members with over $2.05 billion in superannuation benefits.
It's all about customer service
Delivering exceptional customer service is at the forefront of what we do. How do we do this?
- We actively participate in industry working group discussions and submissions, and work closely with industry bodies such as The Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia Limited, The Financial Services Council and the Australian Taxation Office.
- Our Administration team is on hand to assist trustees, their administrators, project managers and product managers with information to ensure smooth transition of their members into SuperTrace.
- Our Customer Service Representatives have many years of experience in the superannuation industry. They have a good understanding of both member and trustee needs. If they can't answer your questions they'll put you in contact with someone who can.
